"Showed up way faster than I thought"
I was kind of surprised how quickly it got here, like just a few days. Everything was fine with the order and nothing was damaged, so that was great. I mean, it’s not like it changed my life or anything, but yeah, I’m happy with it.

"Pretty easy site to use"
Used americanapparel.com last week. Smooth overall. The site was easy to move around. Categories made sense. Pages loaded fast too.

Sizes and colors were simple to find. No digging around forever. Cart worked fine. No glitches. Checkout was clear, which I always like.
Only thing. The filters could be better. Like for fit or material. That would help a lot. Still, not bad at all. Good shopping experience.

Grabbed a couple tees and a hoodie from americanapparel.com, it was a good deal. Not crazy cheap or anything, but the quality is legit better than a lot of basics I’ve picked up lately. The fit was nice, the fabric doesn’t feel flimsy, and shipping was chill, nothing weird. I’d definitely order again when I need some easy everyday stuff.

I had to return a hoodie, and the actual return process was straightforward. That part didn’t give me much trouble. The refund took about a week though, which felt longer than I would’ve liked. It did go through in the end, so I can’t say there were any major issues, but the wait was a little annoying.

I grabbed a couple tees from americanapparel.com and yeah the fabric is really soft... not scratchy, not stiff, just easy to wear all day. The fit was good too, normal. Washed them twice already and they still feel nice so I’m happy with them

"Customer service actually did the right thing"
I had a small issue with my order, and customer service got it sorted out quickly. The person I spoke with was friendly and didn’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops, which I really appreciated. it’s nice when a company takes responsibility and treats people fairly, it’s the way it should be.
